At Zeolite Magic, we take pride in the quality of our natural zeolite products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, we’re here to help.
This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
- Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original, sealed packaging.
- Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
- Once the product packaging is opened, it becomes non-returnable and non-refundable for safety and quality reasons.

How to Request a Return
- Contact our support team at info@zeolitemagic.com within 3 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, reason for return, and (if applicable) photos of the product.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrectly shipped.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Zeolite Magic is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, contact us immediately at info@zeolitemagic.com.
We may request photos to verify the issue. Once approved, you can choose between:
- A replacement item (subject to availability), or
- A full refund for the affected item.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.
Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or used zeolite products.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
- Bulk or wholesale orders (unless damaged or defective).
