1. Shipping Policy

We currently ship across Canada and the United States. All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days, depending on the destination and product availability.

Orders are shipped from Toronto, Canada. Standard shipping times may vary based on the carrier and customer location.

Free Shipping:
Regular shipping rates apply and will be calculated at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@zeolitemagic.com or call our toll-free number (833) 616-2442. We will work with our shipping partners to investigate and resolve the issue promptly — including a replacement or refund if applicable.

2. Refund & Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us.

  • Refund requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
  • Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for refund or return for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • To request a refund, email info@zeolitemagic.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • The item must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
